What data we collect and why
The form collects your name, phone number, email, business sector and project type. Company, website address, scope, style, budget, deadline, inspiration, notes and attachments are optional. We use these details to respond, propose a solution and communicate with you. Required fields are necessary to submit the form.
Legal basis and retention
We process your enquiry to discuss a contract at your request. The form also requires confirmation of data processing to handle the enquiry. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing. We retain enquiry data for 12 months after the last communication, unless a contractual relationship is established. Different statutory retention periods may apply to contractual and accounting documents.
Delivery and attachments
Once configured, the form delivers enquiries and attachments by email through Resend. This website has no enquiry database. Attachments are used only to assess your brief; do not send passwords or sensitive documents. Hosting is provided by the operator's chosen provider. When deployed on Vercel, Vercel and Resend handle technical processing; their terms may involve processing outside the EU with appropriate safeguards.
Analytics and external websites
Analytics is not active in the current configuration. Live previews connect to external websites only after you click. The contact map loads from Google Maps after a click. External websites and Google Maps may process technical data, such as your IP address, and use their own cookies under their policies.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may change optional analytics consent at any time in cookie settings. You also have the right to complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. Please use the listed contact for requests.
